Stanwood Brownfields Redevelopment Video Now Live

ECIA’s Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund funded by EPA and Iowa DNR’s Brownfield program provided the city of Stanwood with funding to complete a remediation of two buildings located alongside the city’s municipal building. The site has been seeded and graded and ready for the city to expand its services. The first hurdle of having a site ready has been achieved.
