East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) is administering a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant with the purpose of identifying lead hazards in Delaware and Dubuque county (excluding the City of Dubuque) or the cities of Clinton and Maquoketa. Up to $25,000 of federal funds per home are available for low-moderate income homeowners and rental property owners.

ECIA will be hosting a lead abatement training refresher for contractors and workers on June 12, 2024 from 8am - 5pm. This will take place in the ECIA Large Conference Room at 7600 Commerce Park, Dubuque, IA 52002. The trainer will be Elizabeth Kemp and the cost of training is $225.
