- Historical Resource Development Program. The program provides grant funding to help preserve, conserve, interpret, enhance, and educate the public about Iowa’s historical assets. The Historical Resource Development Program provides funding for documentary collections, historic preservation and museums. Due May 1.

- The Build with Bags program is a cooperative effort of the Iowa Grocery Industry Association, Keep Iowa Beautiful, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Metro Waste Authority and Plastic Recycling of Iowa Falls. The cornerstone of Build with Bags is a grant program that provides funds for the purchase of recycled plastic playground equipment, benches and tables, and more. Due May #.

- Iowa Thriving Communities. Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) and Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) introduce the second annual Iowa Thriving Communities designation to elevate best practices from communities that are going above and beyond to leverage innovative methods to attract housing opportunities for their workforce. Due May ##.

- Dubuque Racing Association - Core Grant. Applications should align with the mission of People Attraction: Population Growth, Retention and Tourism. This supports the DRA’s mission of fostering social, economic and community betterment while reducing the burden of the City of Dubuque and area government. It also reflects our vision of being a dynamic community resource, acting as a catalyst to enhance the quality of life and financial well-being of the tri-state community.  Application requests for up to $50,000. - The RJ McElroy Trust only supports programs, projects or endeavors that help young people. We promise to work with you and be as flexible as we can with the timing of your proposal. - The mission of the McDonough Foundation is to promote charitable, educational and health related activities and opportunities to children and families in Eastern Iowa. The Foundation offers support to local non-profit organizations that provide educational opportunities, human and social services, and health care for children and their families. Due May 30.

- Dupaco Nonprofit Grant Program. The Dupaco Foundation is awarding one-time grants up to $20,000 to support nonprofit organizations whose mission or programs directly further one of the Foundation’s three Community Pillars: Affordable housing and homeownership, upskilling and reskilling, or small business development. Due May 30.
