- Clif Family Foundation Open Call Grant Program. Clif Family Foundation Open Call Grant Program supports general operating costs or specific projects for innovative small and mid-sized 501c3 organizations working to strengthen our food system, enhance equitable community health outcomes, and safeguard our environment and natural resources. Due August 1.

- Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Corporation - Housing Trust Fund (EIRHC HTF). This Fund will assist individuals, community organizations, non-profit and for-profit developers in development, rehabilitation and repair projects that improve the condition of both rental and owner occupied affordable housing in our area. Due August 1.

- Clinton County Development Association (CCDA) Grant. Our purpose is to provide financial assistance through our grant programs for local organizations and charities that work to improve the overall vitality and quality of life in our county, through their educational, social, cultural, and environmental programs and initiatives. Due 4:30pm 2nd Wednesday of August.

- Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) - City Parks & Open Spaces. 100% funding of parkland expansion and multi-purpose outdoor-related recreation development. Due August 15.

- Traffic Safety Improvement Program (TSIP). Funds for roadway safety improvements, traffic control devices, studies, and outreach. TSIP is defined by section 761, Chapter 164, of the Iowa Administrative Code. Due August 15.

- The Rural Child Care Planning program seeks to support the use of data and analysis by rural communities to determine the specific needs and solutions for child care in their area. Due August ##, 4:00 PM.

- The Rural Housing Readiness Assessment Grant program supports the use of publicly available, online information and rural community efforts to interpret publicly available hard data to implement changes through development codes, local ordinances, and housing incentives specific to individual community needs. Due August ##, 4:00 PM.

- The Rural Innovation Grant program seeks to support creative ideas that address current issues and challenges faced by rural communities. The goal is to provide funds to communities that have demonstrated significant progress on housing initiatives and that propose to bring innovation into implementation with a definitive outcome. Due August ##, 4:00 PM.

- Dyersville Area Community Foundation. The mission of the Dyersville Area Community Foundation is to connect area community needs with charitable donors. Due August 31.
