Program Process
The home purchased must be one of the homes listed in the application (see Home Locations and Home Floorplans)
Steps:
1). Complete the ECIA NP2 Application and supply required documentation listed below and submit to:

The following documentation must be included with the application:
- Copy of 2010 Income Tax Form
- Copies of Social Security Card for all Household Members
- A letter from Social Security, if applicable
- Authorization for Release of Information Form
- Loan Pre-Qualification Letter from an Approved Program Lender (see Program Lenders)
- Recent Statement Showing Child Support Received, if applicable
- Recent Statement Showing IRA, 401K, or Other Retirement Accounts, if applicable
