The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority is organized pursuant to Chapter 28E, Code of Iowa, and was established and created as a regional housing authority serving Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones Counties in Eastern Iowa.
The mission of EIRHA is to provide decent, safe, and affordable rental housing for eligible families and to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency, economic independence, and homeownership opportunities for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants and Public Housing (PH) residents.
