ECIA assists local governments obtain grants and loans through federal and state agencies. These funds are critical to funding projects such as water, wastewater, and storm sewer systems, housing rehabilitation, homeownership assistance programs, community facilities and services projects, streets and curb/gutter, recreational facilities, libraries, group homes, daycare facilities and imminent threat and/or emergency projects. ECIA has assisted local governments in obtaining more than $77 million in Federal grants and loans in projects totaling nearly $118 million since 1975. Click a grant program for more information.
