Program Process

The home purchased must be one of the homes listed in the application (see Home Locations and Home Floorplans)

Steps:
1). Complete the ECIA WHP Application and supply required documentation listed below. Applications continue to be accepted and placed on a waiting list. to:

The following documentation must be included with the application:

• Copy of 2010 Income Tax Form
• Copies of Social Security Card for all Household Members
• A letter from Social Security, if applicable
• Authorization for Release of Information Form
• Loan Pre-Qualification Letter from an Approved Program Lender (see Program Lenders)
• Recent Statement Showing Child Support Received, if applicable
• Recent Statement Showing IRA, 401K, or Other Retirement Accounts, if applicable
• Copy of Driver's License of Applicant and/or Co-Applicant

2). Selected applicant will have 5 minutes to choose any approved program property from any approved program developer based on their ability to borrow. Please note that house plans and house locations cannot be changed. Some developers may allow for the applicant to select certain design elements of home; others may not. Applicants will sign purchase offer at the time of choosing their home.
